A very accessible book for students.
This is one of the books which will be recommended for our 2nd and 3rd years UG students in preparation for their dissertations.
The book covers the skills needed for essay writing and is well illustrated with examples. I felt that it was too long to be of great appeal to students who tend to want a short, sharp introduction and lots of very practical, immediately applicable methods.
