Sage was one of the first major publishers to embrace the open access mode of free access with licencing allowing liberal reuse of articles. Many funding bodies and institutions now require that the work they support is made publicly available through a suitable repository.
From the Sage Journals Administrator Portal, the institution’s account administrator has the authority to review and update account information, run COUNTER reports and entitlement lists, enable co-branding, and much more.
Our aim to be a trusted partner to societies and the academic community underscores all we do. We invest in emerging fields and help widen the possibilities of research, while maintaining rigorous ethical standards.
We provide researchers flexible routes to getting published with specialist support along the way. And we are proudly independent, which means we're free to champion your research, creating a positive impact on society.
SAGE Publishing has launched a new contest for social and behavioral scientists to share the real-world impact of their research and help make the case that research in these fields can and should be used to improve the human condition. Winning stories will be published on Social Science Space, an online network for the social and behavioral science (SBS) community sponsored by SAGE, and the authors of the stories will receive a $500 honorarium.
