This is an excellent student/tutor friendly text very suitable for undergraduate teaching. It is clear and topical on a subject which is crowded with much literature. However this book cuts through the main sub- issues in a fashion that is compatable with class discussion.

The book is not appropriate for a Master level course. Furthermore, as an economist I strongly disagree with large parts of the book. I am not sure the author has read economics beyond the most basic level.
