  • Article Submission and Requirements

    The Antitrust Bulletin publishes articles of antitrust law and competition policy importance. Articles submitted must be authoritative, well-reasoned, well-written and as The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (20th edition) requires.

    Manuscripts should be submitted through https://mc.manuscriptcentral.com/abx.

    Only manuscripts of sufficient quality that meet the aims and scope will be reviewed.

    Additional Submission Requirements

    Manuscripts should be prefaced by an abstract of no more than 150 words and five or less keywords. All text (including footnotes) should be double-spaced in 12-point font.

    Graphs, tables, and charts should be numbered consecutively. Original figure files (rather than copying and pasting figures into a Word document) must be submitted. Artwork resolution must be at least 300 dpi or higher. Tables must be submitted as editable text (rather than as an image). For guidance on the preparation of illustrations, pictures, and graphs in electronic format, please visit Sage’s Manuscript Submission Guidelines.

    Please note that manuscripts not conforming to these guidelines may be returned.

    Publication Ethics

    Sage is committed to upholding the integrity of its publications. Authors are encouraged to refer to the Publishing Policies section of the Author Gateway. Manuscripts must conform to these guidelines.

    Sage Choice and Open Access

    If an author or funder wishes an article to be freely available online to nonsubscribers immediately upon publication (gold open access), to have there is the option to have it included in Sage Choice, subject to payment of a publication fee. The manuscript submission and peer review procedure is unchanged. Upon acceptance of an article, an author will be asked to inform Sage if Sage Choice has been chosen.
