Roxanne Mitchell is an Assistant Professor in the department of Educational Administration, Policy at the University of Alabama. In 2004 she received her Ed.D. from the University of Oklahoma. She has previously worked as family counselor, a school counselor, and a crisis counselor. She currently serves on the admissions committee for the Educational Leadership Program and is a member of the Alabama Association for Professors in Education Leadership.
