A student friendly textbook which provides excellent examples to allow contextualisation of the theory. This is a great approach as it helps students 'put the theory into practice' - with employability so high on the HE agenda this is invaluable.

This is a high quality text, exploring every aspect of organisational behaviour and management. It includes many of the areas covered in all business/leadership and management courses, including cultural aspects of organisations, developing effective teams and managing conflict; all of which are essential components to any business course.

The text is essential for any business or leadership and management course. It has extensive detail, and is easy to read, with a clear and logical layout, this makes it suitable for level 3 or above. I would anticipate this course is particularly useful courses level 5 and above, as it provides extensive details and analysis of the core topics.

In summary, an excellent text, suitable for business courses of at all levels.
