The text gave a good overview of corporate governance and the issues leaders face in dealing with boards.
THe book is interesting but for this course for masterstudents at a law faculty which have prior knowledge of company law, it was seen as not containing a sufficient amount of explanations from a legal perspective. It is a very interesting book however, insufficient legal background for this course.
