The International Journal of Electrical Engineering & Education's (Formerly International Journal of Electrical Engineering Education) origins date back to 1948, when the world’s first stored-programme digital computer ran at the University of Manchester. In 1963, the Bulletin of Electrical Engineering Education evolved into the International Journal of Electrical Engineering Education (IJEEE).
Today, IJEEE provides a showcase for international developments across the whole range of electrical engineering, including electrical power engineering, energy, electronics, signal processing, telecommunications, automation and control, measurement, and computer engineering.
In keeping with its history, IJEEE also aims to advance the teaching of electrical engineering, specifically. Illustrated articles highlight current topics from an educational perspective: specific projects, case studies and reports of laboratory practice complement analyses of new teaching methods, curriculum design, assessment, validation, and new technologies.
Original articles, short notes, and editorials are considered and peer reviewed.
