This book looks at person centtred appraoches and clear and concise details of caring for the older adult in many settings. The case studies and practice scenarios will aid knowledge and understanding.
Excellent text which clarifies the difference between patient, person and relationship centered care clearly with examples.
Suitable for L3 Yr 2 students - well laid out but would have benefitted from more images/pictures. Case studies interesting and relevant - I particularly like the case study on Dorothy Brown which Level 3 students will relate to.
Recommended to our students studying Caring for Older People as part of their Level 3 Health & Social Care course - very easy to read - useful text.
