Sudhir Saha Professor HRM & OB, Memorial University of Newfoundland, Canada
Dr. Sudhir Saha has served the Faculty of Business Administration at Memorial University of Newfoundland for more than thirty-five years as a professor. He has taught nationally and internationally college and university students in business administration for over four decades in Canada, China, Czech Republic, Hong Kong, Thailand, Bangladesh, India and Pakistan. He is a specialist in Human Resource management and organizational Behaviour. Throughout his entire career, Dr. Saha has conducted hundreds of management workshops and seminars in Canada and in other countries in which he served as a university professor. Dr. Saha has published more than sixty research papers on organizational behaviour topics such as leadership, motivation, job satisfaction, managerial attitude and managerial stress, employment discrimination. Much of his research work also concerns comparative and international management issues concerning human resource management practices. He has conducted research investigations on people and organizations in Australia, Bangladesh, Canada, China, Czech Republic, Hong Kong, India, Ireland, Nepal, Pakistan, and Russia. He also conducts workshops and seminars for managers of many corporations. Dr. Saha is a member of the Academy of Management, and the Administrative Sciences Association of Canada, two highly reputed professional associations for the advancement of knowledge in the management discipline.
