Prof. Richa has a blend of industry experience, research and teaching in the field of Organizational Behavior and HRM. Her research and teaching interests are primarily in the areas of career success, contemporary career issues, diversity management, gender issues in management and change management. She has published her research work in reputed international and national peer-reviewed journals. She has also presented her research work in prestigious international and national conferences.
As a Visiting / Adjunct faculty she has taught courses in some of the leading Business schools of the country including IIM Kozhikode, IIM Indore, IIM Ranchi and IIM Amritsar. She is actively engaged in Executive Education and has delivered for some of the leading clients across the sectors. She is also professionally certified in administering the Psychometric instruments like MBTI and FIRO-B. She has also participated in the Global Colloquium of Participant-centered Learning organized by Harvard Business School, USA.
