Maria Guadalupe C. Salanga is an Associate Professor in the Department of Psychology at De La Salle University-Manila. She holds a PhD in Counseling Psychology from the same institution. She is a recipient of the Outstanding Young Scientist Award (2019) from the National Academy of Science and Technology-Philippines of the Department of Science and Technology. She served as the Chairperson of the Social Psychology Division of the Psychological Association of the Philippines, and a former board member of the Pambansang Samahan sa Sikolohiyang Pilipino (National Association of Filipino Psychology). She is currently part of the editorial board of the Asian Journal of Social Psychology and the emerging editorial board of Personality and Social Psychology Review.
