Lisa Williams has over twenty years of experience in change management. She is a Principal at Epam Systems, Workforce Experience Consulting, and holds B.S. in Human Resource Management and M.A. in Organizational Leadership from the Bellevue University and is a certified Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) strategist through the University of South Florida. Lisa builds resilient, future-ready workforce and workplace strategies based on a human-centered, data-informed approach grounded in ethnographic research and analytics. At EPAM Systems she advises senior leaders on inclusive workforce design and leads an Employee Resource Group (ERG), championing belonging, equity, and representation. Lisa partners with clients to reimagine employee experiences, implement performance strategies, and drive digital adoption. Additionally, she leads transformation initiatives for clients including Novartis, Microsoft, Harvard, and Epic Games. Her change management and workforce design career include leadership roles at Deloitte Consulting, where she was instrumental in launching and teaching at the global Deloitte University leadership centers.
