Kirsten Wyatt is the cofounder and executive director of ELGL, the Engaging Local Government Leaders Network. She oversees all operations for the international local government network, including ELGL.org and social media accounts, the GovLove podcast, and ELGL events, education, and networking events. ELGL also manages the Diversity Dashboard data collection on the gender, race, age, and veteran status of local government chief administrators. She previously served as the Assistant City Manager in West Linn, Oregon. She also worked for the Virginia Department of Education and the Town of Chapel Hill. She is a graduate of Willamette University (BS, Politics) and the University of North Carolina (MPA) in 2004.
