Peter J. Jordan is a Professor of Organizational Behavior at the Griffith Business School, Griffith University. Peter’s current research interests include emotional intelligence, emotions in organizations, team performance and entitlement perceptions in organizations. Peter has published extensively in this field in leading international journals and has been awarded significant funding from the Australian Research Council for research in the area of emotional intelligence. He is a past president of the Australia and New Zealand Academy of Management and has been invited to deliver presentations to business groups across South East Asia.
