Richard Boateng is based at the Department of Operations and Management Information Systems (OMIS), University of Ghana Business School, Accra, Ghana. He is an associate professor of information systems at the University of Ghana Business School. His research experience covers digital economy, e-business, Internet banking, and social media. His papers have been published in or are forthcoming in the International Journal of Information Management, Internet Research, Qualitative Market Research: An International Journal, and many others.
