Xiaochun Niu is an associate professor of Business English at school of Foreign languages at Dalian University of Technology and more than seven years oversea working experience at Wales, UK, during 2003-2006 and Penn State University, USA during 2010-2014. Intercultural communication, intercultural business negotiation and comparative study on cultures are her focus fields. Her course design on English Instruction won the third prize at Digital Summit Forum organized by Ministry of Education of China at 2001,and Online Business English Course won the First Prize at 2010 respectively.
