Joseph Sarkis is a Professor of Management within the Worcester Polytechnic Institute Business school. His teaching and research focus on the Technology, Operations, Supply Chain, and Sustainability Management. He has hundreds of publications in a broad range of outlets. Clarivate (Web-of-Science) has recognized him as a highly cited researcher for a number of years. He is a member of many editorial boards in technology, sustainability, operations, and supply chain journals. He is former editor-in-chief of IEEE Engineering Management Review and Management Research Review. He is an ATT Industrial Ecology Fellow and Rachel Carson Visiting Scholar.
