Ka Fei Lai Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman, Malaysia

Lai Ka Fei is a lecturer for the Business and Public Administration Department of Faculty of Business and Finance, University Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR), Malaysia. She completed her Bachelor of Management with Education (Hons) in year 2001 and received her Master of Business Administration Degree from the Universiti Utara Malaysia in 2003. She has more than seventeen years teaching experience in university which includes business and management related subjects such as Leadership and Team Building, Management Principles, Strategic Management and Organisational Behaviour for under graduate and master students. She is currently pursuing her PhD study in Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris (UPSI), Malaysia. Her research interest fields are high performance work system, human resource management, organisational behaviours and business strategy.
