Our Learning Resources Products are designed to service academic, public, and corporate libraries. We are unable to respond to requests that come from generic or personal email domains at this time.
If you work with an academic, public, or corporate library and do not have an academic or institutional email address, please contact us and include the below information in your email.
These messages are occasionally sent out in error. Your trial access is active, and the login details sent to you originally should still be valid. Please attempt to login using the links and login details provided in the email. If you still experience difficulties logging in, please see the Trial Access Issues section below.
Only librarians, procurement managers, purchasing decision makers or similar can sign off on setting up an IP trial at an institution. If you are interested in setting up an IP trial at your institution, please access the IP trial request forms below.
Please walk through the below steps to ensure a successful login:
When you have successfully logged in, you should see a ‘free trial’ label in the top right corner of your screen. (You do not need to click this button; it is used to help identify when you are logged into your trial.)
If you are still having issues logging in after trying the options outlined above, please try resetting your password.
If you signed up for a trial previously and cannot find the email that contains your username and password, please reset your password.
You will only be able to access content that is hosted under the collection(s) or module(s) you signed up to trial. For example, if you signed up for a trial to the Sage Video Business & Management collection, you will only have access to Business videos, not Business e-book or reference titles.
If you would like to expand your trial content, feel free to return to the trial sign up form and register for additional product trials. Please remember that an individual can only trial each collection once in a 12-month period.
We understand how important locked teaching notes are to faculty, which is why during the trial period we do not allow open access to teaching notes. When the product is purchased by the library, all faculty are provided with a code that unlocks all teaching notes on the platform.
Visit our page on Sage Business Cases Teaching Notes for examples and more information.
During your trial period, we set a 50 case download limit in order to secure the copyright of our content. If you should have any questions regarding this policy, please contact us.
Individual product trials last for 30 days after set up (Sage Campus trial lasts for 7 days after set up). We understand that unforeseen circumstances may prevent you from accessing the content during this window. If you need to have your trial dates extended, please contact us and include the below information in your request:
We are not able to extend access dates for students at this time. If you are a student in need of resources, please visit your institution’s library and discuss your research needs with your librarian.
Trials last for 30 days after set up and they expire automatically (Sage Campus trial lasts for 7 days after set up). No action is needed on your part to end the trial.
Sage does not collect any financial information from trial users or end-users. You will not be rolled into a subscription service when the trial expires.
Our Learning Resources products are only offered through subscriptions/purchases at the institutional level. Please use the recommendation forms below if you would like to recommend the product(s) you are interested into a librarian at your institution.
