Whilst huge advances have been made in reducing maternal mortality through obstetric causes, this journal covers medical conditions which can have a profound effect on the outcomes of pregnancy for mother and child. Clinically focused, the editors plan to include a series on “how to treat” common clinical symptoms in obstetric medicine.
