Common Law World Review seeks to be a forum for in-depth analysis of major legal developments throughout the common law world. To this end, a distinguished team of Corresponding Editors has been brought together to ensure that there is proper consideration of significant legal developments from all parts of the common law world. The editors welcome contributions on legal developments which are likely to be of significance throughout common law jurisdictions. Articles which seek to compare the law over a number of such jurisdictions and those which consider developments in the smaller jurisdictions would be particularly welcome.
