Tom Karp Kristiania University College, Norway
Tom Karp is a professor of leadership at Kristiania University College in Oslo, Norway and adjunct professor at two other institutions. He holds a doctorate within change leadership, a master’s degree in leadership, a master’s degree in engineering and a diploma in economics. He has prior to his academic career held top-level positions within industry, led consultancy companies and co-initiated entrepreneurial start-ups. His research interests include leadership, self-leadership, managerial work, leadership in practice, change processes, change management, leadership development and personal mastery. Karp is the author of five books in his native tongue Norwegian and he has published widely in international scientific journals.
