Syed Mohyuddinn Australian Institute of Business, Australia

Dr Syed Mohyuddin (PhD) is currently a lecturer at the Australian Institute of Business. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Management from Curtin Business School, Curtin University, Perth (Western Australia). He has over 10 years’ experience teaching human resources and management courses in the Middle East and Australia. His experience has been both academic and managerial. Syed was also a Community College Registrar in the Middle East. He worked as a full-time lecturer and Subject Coordinator of Business Communication and as part-time tutor and Lecturer of various management subjects in Curtin Business School, School of Management. He has also taught as a tutor at La Trobe University, Mildura Campus (Victoria). His PhD research work was related to the challenges faced by skilled migrants to achieve professional recognition in Australian organisations. Syed’s research interests are in HR Management, Skilled Migration, Cross-cultural Management, Leadership, Organisational Behaviour, Strategic HR Management, and Strategic Management.
