I recommend this as a textbook
An interesting and fairly comprehensive overview of the issue. Perhaps more contemporary debates (Beck's 'cosmopolianisation' theses) could be included. Good book overall.
The book is excellent! I am sure that it can be included or recommended next time we revise course litterature.
