This book is an additional source for teaching the topic of international project management. A good overview of the topic and a good mixture of theory and practice.
I haven't had time yet to review the book in depth. However, it seems to fit the purpose of my lecture (in parts) and I'll therefore recommend it to our library / students.
We have adopted this book as recommended reading as it covers the international aspect of project management very well.

I believe it will be easy for my international MBA students to read and understand. I also liked the layout and sequence of the text.
Replete with mini cases, practical exercises, clear summaries and learning objectives this book will help my students of Management of Project Risk to understand many relevant aspects, particularly at international level. Although containing "International" in the title, don't be fooled by the relevance of this book's contents to any course that require project management tuition at all levels including second degree.
This book was recommended along with other textbooks as supplement the essential book: An Introduction to Project Management, International Edition by Kathy Schwalbe
A useful addition to the list of PM books available on the marker. Especially noteworty as it covers International issues and concerns in some detail. Also strong on the more qualitative aspects of proecjt management. Main concern is it tries to cover too much - it attempts to cover the basics of PM with PERT, etc., but could not really be used on a general PM course to replace the more general texts. However very useful as an additional recommended text on the reading list and in the university library. Best for any student wishing to focus on international projects.
