Jennifer S. Evans-Crowley is an associate professor of city and regional planning at The Ohio State University. Her research on public planning, public participation and disaster management and other topics has been published in Environmental Law Reporter, International Journal of Mass Emergencies and Hazards, Planning Research and Practice, Journal of Housing Research, Journal of Urban Planning and Development, Journal of Urban Affairs and many other professional publications. Her current research examines online public engagement, plan quality, and sustainability. She received her Ph.D. in urban and regional science from Texas A&M University in 2000.
