is the text I'm using. They finally updated their text so I'm going back to it. It fits me because I use a "journal-like" grading and that text lends itself more to "travels" around the world when they can use "passports" as a grading assignment. The other text was good but I could not use my (old) grading features."

The text explores a broad range of concepts, including the definitions of terrorism, historical examples of terrorism, motivation for terrorist acts and the methods used in terrorist actions.

This updated version of Mahan & Griset's text provides a timely and reflective overview of terrorism, its origins, motivations and its impact on the geopolitical and cultural landscape. A great student reader for knowledge, discussion and debate.
