I was considering it as a supplement, but however it was too specialize. The book is very good, but simply did not fit my need.

This text interfaces well as a compliment to more technical theory books. With its journal questions and conversational style, students have the opportunity to evaluate themselves and apply the theories they are learning introspectively.
My proposed course CNST 592 Special Topics on HR in Construction, was not approved. To continue to include leadership development in CNST 630 course.
